Welcome to Breckenridge and our Blazing Saddles condo! Our one bedroom condo is located right downtown, with excellent access to both Main Street and skiing. We're ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run and just 1/2 block to Main Street. Just cross the bridge and you are there! You cannot get any closer.

As you walk in to our condo, you will enter the great room for the condo with combination living room/dining room. Our condo is very large for a one bedroom, over 800 sq feet, so you will have plenty of room for your stay. Living area has leather furniture & convertible sofa bed and fantastic view out to the Blue River, Main Street and Baldy Mountain.

Our condo is managed totally by the owner and used as a weekend get-away. It is well furnished and very "homey." Lots of extras, including satellite TV, wireless internet, a video library and unique decor by local Colorado artist.

The dining area will accommodate 6 and the condo features a full kitchen with everything you will need for your stay - refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher.The bedroom is very roomy. There are two queen size beds in the bedroom, modern mountain decor, and views once again out towards Main Street. Our condo also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Bathroom has been updated with tile and bronze fixtures. All towels and bedroom linens are included for your stay.

We simply have the best location in town. We are ski-in off the 4 oclock ski run, just ski all the way to the bottom of the run and you are home. Shuttle stops are also located in front of the building, accessing Peak 9, Snowflake, the Gondola and Peak 8.

Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas. Need a break from skiing?     Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

    Condo allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.

    One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

    Ski-in conditions are a the mercy of Mother Nature and may not be available early or late in the season if the Breckenridge Ski Resort is not fully open. Please check the latest ski report or give us a call.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 25% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
