Description: - Stay in our townhome and spend your ski vacation exploring a different mountain every day! We're located in a scenic location in the center of Summit County, with easy access to Colorado's best ski resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone (try night skiing) are approximately 15 minutes away, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are approximately 20 minutes away, and Vail and Beaver Creek are also accessible within an hour. While we are not directly on the bus route, we do have easy access to the Summit Stage, which provides transportation throughout Summit County. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from our condo.
Townhome is located in Frisco, Colorado, which has become a litte known secret in Summit County. While Frisco does not have a ski resort within its city limits, it does boast a quaint downtown area, with numerous restaurants and shops. Frisco also borders Lake Dillon, providing excellent summer recreational activities. Like to shop? The outlet malls are also close, just a 5 minute drive to Silverthorne.
Done playing? Escape back to your private retreat. Meadow Creek townhomes are located on the edge of protected woodlands next to Lake Dillon, offering a quiet retreat and relaxation in the middle of the best ski terrain in Summit County. Come home and relax in your spacious townhome. Home features large deck, with private hot tub and gas grill. New living furniture, full kitchen and gas fireplace.
Townhome is 3 levels. Main level entrance has great room living / dining area, with full kitchen. Main level opens up to the deck, with private hot tub and gas grill. Downstairs level has 2 bedrooms and one full bath. First bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. 2nd bedroom is converted family room with Twin/twin bunk bed and Twin/Full bunk bed. TV/VCR/DVD combination. Makes a great kids room! The upstairs has 3 full bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed and private bath.
2 additional bedrooms with full size beds, second full bath.
UNIT ALLOWS TWO PARKING SPACES ONLY per association rules. Please plan accordingly as vehicles parked in un-authorized areas WILL be towed. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the shopping center which is a 5 minute walk away.

Need a break from skiing? Try snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horse and sleigh rides, nordic skiing, snow tubing, outlet mall shopping, or enjoy the bike path, with access out your front door and paths traveling to Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge.

Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge.
Hot tub is serviced bi-weekly. A $100 charge will be assessed if excessive dirt, beverages or other substances require extensive cleaning, as reported per our hot tub servicing company. Damages caused per the renting party will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests made less than 60 days from check-in date.
One time cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals. This cleaning fee will be waived for a stay of 5 nights or longer.
Emergency services are provided by Book By Owner. They also handle cleaning and inspections on the unit. If you have any issues, please contact them directly at 800-761-0390.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 10% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
