Description: - This is the Rocky Mountains at their best; 3 bedrooms,2 1/2 baths sleeps 6. Our home is warm and inviting with all the modern amenities of today, including free wireless and high-speed internet. This townhouse is very new construction and recently upgraded, the floor plan is open and includes a gourmet-style, fully functional kitchen with granite counter top; the living room features a flat screen Television with cable, real surround-sound, DVD, stereo and iPod/MP3 Player hook up capabilities. Relax in front of our gas fire-place and enjoy our wonderful home. The bedrooms are all furnished with luxury beds; in the style of the finest hotels these beds are NEW and incredibly comforting after a long day on the slopes. The Master has a Queen, with a master-bath furnished with a jacuzzi soaking tub and hot lamps to help sooth aches and pains. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the thrid room has two twins with the ability to make the twins into one King bed. Our home is equipped with all the necessary amenities, washer/dryer, full functional kitchen w/ dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. We are extremely close to the new Gondola, City Market and the amazing Breckenridge Recreation center (practically in our backyard) – w/ indoor pool, hot tub, climbing wall, yoga, Pilates and health club facilities – including indoor tennis and racket ball.

- Located on the bike trail and next to the Breckenridge Recreation Center -- our home is the perfect summer vacation spot. The Blue River is in our backyard -- literally steps away. We are in downtown Breckenridge 5 blocks from Main Street and 4 blocks to the Gondola. Our home is steps from the Blue River, the paved bike trail, the Breckenridge Recreation Center and the free shuttle. In the summer, bike, hike, fish, play tennis and more -- right out our door. In winter, Ski at Breckenridge, snowshoe or nordic ski all in a short distance from our home.

Unit is non-smoking. A $150 charge will be made for damages if smoke or cigarette usage is reported by our cleaning company.
All damages done to the property will be charged to renter, if property is damaged prior to your arrival you must report when checking in.
Having pets on property will result in a $200. fine.
Charge will be made to the credit card used to make the reservation, as agreed to per the terms and conditions during the reservation process.
Townhouse allows two vehicles to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in and they must be returned at checkout to avoid any replacement charges.
Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. As per the rental terms and conditions, damages will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. Please report any damages to us as soon as possible so that we can repair prior to our next guest’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 10% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
