Description: - The first thing that will attract you to our beautiful condo is that it is truely a ski-in, ski-out unit. The back deck is right on the 4 o'clock ski run. This is not a walk-in and out unit called ski-in. It is truely a ski-in, ski-out unit. You are right on the ski run.
Once you arrive at our home, you'll see that ski-in, ski-out is just one of the amenities you'll enjoy.
Our home has been beautifully remodeled throughout, including kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom home. And, it has alot of space for a 2 bedroom - you will not feel crowded.
We offer a full kitchen with counter bar, large open living area with cozy fireplace and a deck off the living room to watch the skiers during the winter or enjoy the peaceful solitude during summer rentals.
The master bedroom features two full size bed with an attached bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, with access to the bathroom down the hall. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit.
This condo has the amenities to truly relax after a hard day of skiing or snowboarding. Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the four o'clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down the covered walk way from the unit.
Summertime is also an excellent time to visit our condo. Quiet, nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area and bbq grill for enjoying nature and wildlife on your private deck.
Tyra Summit also offers covered parking for your added convenience.

- Located on 4 o'clock road just past the snowflake lift. Ski in right to your back door. Ski out down to the Snowflake lift for easy access to slopes. Truest ski-in, ski-out you can find.

- Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas.

Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.
Underground parking is available. Guests can park their vehicles under either A or B buildings. Spaces are not reserved and are at a first come, first park basis. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.
A one time cleaning fee of $90 is assessed for each rental. This fee is waived for a rental of 5 nights or more.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 10% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
