This luxurious, professionally decorated condominium has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and unobstructed views of the Ten Mile Range and the ski area.
Our Main Street Junction home is in an enviable location, on the south end of Breckenridge, just across Main Street from the base of Peak 9. This outstanding Main Street location affords immediate access to Breckenridge skiing and is just a short stroll down Main Street to access over 200 local shops and restaurants. Views from the unit are the best in the complex. Enjoy panaramic views of the 10 mile range, including Peak 7 through Peak 10 ski areas.
Our home has been professionally decorated in modern mountain décor. As you walk in, you enter the great room, with combination kitchen, living and dining room to relax and enjoy all the comforts of your home away from home. Our home has a full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and cable television available in each room. Soaring cathedral ceilings give this condo a feeling of spaciousness and the views are simply breath-taking.
Our unit has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The master bath has both a shower and detached bathtub for soaking after a day on the slopes. The 2nd bedroom features two rustic style bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 with a full bathroom, that may also be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom. All bedrooms have luxury linens with down comforters and we have televisions in each room.
All of our guests also enjoy the wonderful advantages and amenities of the Pioneer Club, an exclusive club for Main Street Station and Main Street Junction owners and guests. The Pioneer Club is a 3 minute walk and is located in Main Street Station. Your club membership includes full service ski valet with day lockers, ski concierge, full work out facilities, banquet facilities, high speed internet (*note* Wi-fi and internet not available in unit)and access to the athletic club with steam room, three hot tubs, and heated indoor/outdoor pool. The Pioneer Club facilities is a short couple blocks from the Main Street Junction or you can also take the convenient shuttle. Follow a day on the slopes and apres ski amenities as part of your club membership, retreat to your home and relax with all the comforts you'd expect in this luxury unit.
For those that wish to relax close to home, we have an on-site hot tub for your convenience. We also have a one car heated garage.

Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a
per request basis for an additional charge. Condo does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
$150 one time cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Cleaning fee will be waived for stays of 5 nights or more.
CHECK IN TIME is 4:00 PM. Guests desiring to check-in prior to 4:00 PM will be charged 1/2 of that evening's nightly rate as an early check-in fee and must make arrangements pior to arrival. In some cases, early check-in is simply not permissable as we may have other guests staying the prevous night and need time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guests.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. $100 late check-out fee assessed for check-outs past 10:00 AM and prior to 1 PM. Check-outs after 1 PM will be subject to a normal nightly rate as a late check-out fee. This unit needs to be cleaned for the next guest arrival and check-out time must be strictly adhered to. Our thanks in advance for your cooperation.
$25 charge per key that is not returned at check-out.
PARKING: ONLY 2 VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED ON PROPERTY. ONE VEHICLE MUST BE PARKED IN THE GARAGE AND THE OTHER IN A PARKING SPOT LOCATED AROUND THE PROPERTY. FOR EXTRA PARKING, PLEASE CONTACT THE TOWN OF BRECKENRIDGE AT 970-547-3122 FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO PARK AN EXTRA VEHICLE.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
