Description: - Ski-in condo completely remodeled January 2008. Enjoy the best ski mountain views Breckenridge has to offer, just 1/2 block to central Main Street.
Top floor condo offers accommodations for two. Condo has a new queen size bed, leather chairs for relaxing and watching the flat screen TV, small dining area and full kitchen.
Condo is ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run or accessible via the green route on the shuttle. In the morning, you can either take the shuttle to the slopes (once again, green route - same side of street goes to Peak 8, cross the street to go to Peak 9) located in the front of the building. For evenings, you can't get any closer to downtown. Cross the bridge and you're there.
This is also an excellent summer location. Located right on the Blue River and just steps from the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's center stage for summer events and activities.
Location Info: - Located just 1/2 block from Main Street, right at the bottom of the 4 o'clock ski run. Accessed via Park Avenue, between Ski Hill Road and 4 O'Clock Road.

Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.
Condo allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.
One time cleaning fee of $60 applies to each reservation.
Condo is located on 3rd floor, great for views, but guests will need to access via stairwells on either side of the building. We do not have an elevator.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
