Our ski-in condo has been remodeled in mountain ski theme and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Breckenridge - full kitchen, full bath, new queen size bed, queen sofa sleeper, 32" flat screen tv, and dining table.
We love the ski access. Condo is ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run or accessible via the green route on the shuttle. In the morning, you can either take the shuttle to the slopes (once again, green route - same side of street goes to Peak 8, cross the street to go to Peak 9) located in the front of the building or walk 3 blocks to the gondola. For evenings, you can't get any closer to downtown. Cross the bridge and you're there.
This is also an excellent summer location. Located right on the Blue River and just steps from the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's center stage for summer events and activities.
Condo also has internet access.
What we love most about our condo is the location. We are simply the best location in Breckenridge. Our home is great for those that want to enjoy both the mountain and the town. Listen to concerts in the summer, check out the town Christmas tree, or explore over 200 shops and restaurants downtown - all just steps from the condo.

- Located central downtown Breckenridge, right across the street from the 4 O'clock ski run for ski-in access. Cross the bridge over the Blue River and you're on Main Street. You can't get any closer than this.
Property address is 110 S. Park Avenue. Condo is located in the Blazing Saddles complex.

Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.
Condo allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.
One time cleaning fee of $60 applies to each reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel.
