    This Ski-in, ski-out condominium is located on the Four O'Clock Run and is across the street from the Snowflake Lift. Only 3 blocks from historic Main Street, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is perfect for your ski holiday!

    Home has been completely remodeled with new granite countertops, appliances, and updated bathrooms. Living area has wood fireplace and flat screen TV. Deck from living area overlooks club house.

    Master bedroom features a queen size bed and private bath. The master bedroom also has a wrap around deck. Guest bedroom also has a queen size bed. Main living area has 2 oversized chairs that pull out into twin beds.

    A private ski and boot locker is located on the lower level of the building. Guests ski into the back door of the unit off the Four O'Clock Run. Locker is one level down.

    Open and bright floor plan. Washer and dryer in unit. Outdoor and indoor hot tubs. Meeting rooms and club house.

    What we love about this unit is the ski-in, ski-out location, deck access and proximity to both the lifts and downtown. Our home is quiet and peaceful. The private ski locker is awesome because you don't have to carry anything up to the unit. You ski into the back on the unit and the locker is on the lower level, keyed to the condo. )

    Renters will be responsible for any property damages and excessive cleaning incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a
    per request basis for an additional charge. Condo does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

    All reservations also subject to a one time cleaning fee of $90, which will be applied to the reservation. Your cleaning fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or more.

    $100 late check-out fee assessed for check-outs past 10:00 AM. This unit needs to be cleaned for the next guest arrival and check-out time must be strictly adhered to. Our thanks in advance for your cooperation.

    $25 charge per key that is not returned at check-out.

    $100 per parking pass that is not returned at check-out.

    Firewood is not provided. Firewood can be purchased at the local city market.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available at check out as an optional service.
