    This awesome vacation condo is centrally located in the town of Breckenridge. Visitors enjoy a short walk to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. The path to the lift is across the street. The walk to the historic business district is an easy stroll past Maggie Pond to Main Street.

    It's an ideal setting for winter or summer vacations. In the winter, walk to the Quicksilver Superchair lift, or take a shuttle to nearby Copper, Arapahoe Basin or Keystone. Take advantage of many other winter activities, including cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating at the ice rink on Boreas Pass Rd, and shopping in town. Also consider a summer vacation - the weather is beautiful and there is plenty to do. Breckenridge Ski Area lifts operate during the summer months to access world class mountain biking. The Breckenridge Valley is crowned to the south by 14,000 foot Quandry, Lincoln, and Democrat Peaks, which are all great hiking venues.

    The condo is a second floor unit. The living room / dining area in the condo is bright, open, and spacious. It includes a cozy gas fireplace, large leather sofa and love seat, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, books and games. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast bar. The adjoining dining area includes a large table and chairs. There are two large, private decks, one of the living area and bedroom and a second deck off the master bedroom.

    The Master Bedroom accommodates 4 with a queen bed and two bunk beds (4 total twins) in the main bedroom area. The master has a loft, which is accessed via steep steps. Please be careful and note if you have small children coming with you for your stay. Current owners have this set up with a queen bed in the loft (parents sleep here) and two sets of bunks in the main level of the bedroom/condo (kids sleep here). This bedroom has an en-suite bath.

    The other bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a tv in this room. This bedroom access the main condo bathroom, located just outside the bedroom door.

    There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area of the condo. Overall, condo can accommodate up to 10 guests, though 6-8 would probably be most comfortable given the size of the unit.

    Guests also have access to a shared pool and hot tubs. There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Check for Winter hours during ski season from Mid November to mid April.


    Guests also have access to up to 2 parking spots. One is assigned, covered carport parking. The 2nd parking spot is unassigned surface parking as available.

    Owners use the home frequently and are from the Denver area. Note that all closets (including bedroom closets) are locked off for owner storage.

    • An inspection will be conducted after each stay. Any damages incurred during the stay or excessive cleaning charges incurred following the stay are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
    • Cancellations not accepted within 60 days of scheduled arrival. Any cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
    • Cleaning and linen services are not available during a stay unless requested. Renters will be charged an additional fee for this service if requested.
    • A cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation.
    • Parking is available for two cars only. Renters must have a parking permit hang tag, picked up with the keys, visible in their vehicle to avoid towing.
    • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

      POOL & CLUBHOUSE: Guests have access to a shared pool and hot tubs via Columbine Pool. There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Winter hours during ski season run from Mid November to mid April. Pools are closed during both spring shoulder (ski area close to Memorial Day) and fall shoulder (Labor Day to ski opening) seasons.

      CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION SUMMER 2018: A major renovation was recently approved to update the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse. Unfortunately, this means that the pool and clubhouse will be closed from April 2018 - November 2018. But, we look forward to having a new facility for the enjoyment of our future guests!

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 25% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel.
