This home directly faces the Breckenridge Mountains and is located in the Woodmoor section of Breckenridge, in the White River National Forest. This home features sweeping views from every room of the ski resort, Breckenridge, and the lights of the town at night.

This home is above it all. This house is located on a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Features three bedrooms plus den and three-and-a-half bathrooms, Three level home. The elevation is 10,500 feet so the views are absolutely spectacular! Included are two decks, a six-person private hot tub, leisure furniture and BBQ grill on the main deck. The hot tub is a great feature because you are able to wind down after a day of skiing and enjoy the immaculate and unobstructed views of the Breckenridge Mountains and at night enjoy the brightly shining stars.

Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

This is a non smoking unit and property. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the home, garage, decks and grounds. Any smoking in the unit or on the property will be subject to an immediate $350 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

A grill is provided on the property but should be used only in the designated area. Please DO NOT use the grill inside the garage as this is a significant fire hazard. Please also do not place the grill too close to the home as heat can damage the home siding.

Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.

NON-REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER: Rest easy knowing your space is covered with $2500 in All-Risk Damage Protection! Although rare, accidental damage does happen. Traditionally, damage risks have been managed via large security deposits and/or outside insurance policies. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. Instead of a security deposit, we charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee per reservation that covers up to $2500 in damages as a result of guest acts, accidents or omissions. With all-risk protection, damage is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, odor, infestation, or prior damage. It's vacation time, so enjoy your stay with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens, you are protected! Simply let us know of any damages and we'll get it fixed. Breckinridge is a cozy nice place with breathing taking views. It's very warm even with lots of snow everywhere. The streets and driveway are kept clear for easy access. The house is very insulated so keep the thermostats set at 68 or below or you could find yourself quit uncomfortable. This goes for the bedroom downstairs it appears to be cold and it's quit the opposite you just need to keep the doors shut to warm it up. Patty is a great host she communicated well and responded to my many texts.
