PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Welcome to our two bedroom, 1 bath condo located in the town of Blue River, just 5 miles south of Breckenridge. Minutes to the town of Breckenridge and yet affordable, this condo is a gem for those looking to save a little on their lodging and still enjoy all Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer.

Our condo has been recently updated with hardwood floors, new beds and new paint throughout. You enter into our kitchen/dining area. We have a full kitchen with all the standard appliances and views out the kitchen windows. Our dining area easily accommodates 4. Continue into our condo living area, featuring a sofa, love seat, flat screen TV, and a wood burning fireplace, super cozy after a day out on the slopes or exploring the area. Off the living room is a private deck, with really nice views looking out onto the valley and towards the mountains around Breck.

We have two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. And, we have a full bathroom with combination shower/bath and a washer dryer in the unit.

What we love most about our condo is the location. We are just minutes from Breckenridge, but it is super quiet and relaxing - our little escape from the bustle of a busy ski town. The Summit County FREE shuttle picks up right at the corner or Hwy 9 for convenience or you can drive into town in just 5 minutes. We are surrounded in the beauty of the Colorado Rockies with Quandary Peak (our local Colorado 14'er) super close to our condo and Hoosier Pass for cross country skiing and snowshoeing just a few minutes to the south, our local playground.

For skiing, you are just 5 minutes from the Breckenridge Ski resort, with easy access to other Summit County ski areas including Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Vail and Beaver Creek are also less than an hour away and they have shuttles that run daily from Breckenridge, if desired.

Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Condo allows two vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

Please note that the town of Blue River and Summit County require the registration of all short term rental units (guests stays of less than 30 days) and adherence to rules per the guest in regards to quiet hours, parking, trash and noise. Violations can result in loss of business rental license and we require all guests to acknowledge and agree to abide by our rules as well as city and county regulations, for everyone's enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 60 days or more prior to check-in date will get back 85% of the amount they paid.

Travelers who cancel within 60 days of arrival will not get a refund.
