Enjoy a relaxing aspen and pine tree setting in an envious location on the top of Ski Hill Road. Our Peak 8 Village Condo is just 2 minutes from the Peak 8 Ski area on the free Breckenridge Shuttle route. Last stop prior to Peak 8 base and first stop leaving Peak 8, so you won't have to take the scenic route back to your vacation condo. Free shuttle service is also available to downtown Breckenridge as well as the gondola which is located at the base of Peak 8. Shuttle is located immediately at the entrance to the Peak 8 condos.

Condo itself is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath top floor unit. Very quiet, with great mountain feel. Step out onto your deck and enjoy the views of the forest and mountains. Kitchen, dining and living room are in great room style, making your vacation condo a roomy area to relax after skiing or enjoying the town of Breckenridge. The long kitchen counter doubles as a dining table, allowing you to serve home cooked meals for the family. Living area has queen sofa sleeper, recliner, TV, cable, DVD player, and cozy stove. Full kitchen was recently remodeled and boasts skylights across the entire east wall, providing a lot of light and warmth into the kitchen and living room areas.

The home is very well maintained per the owners, who utilize this condo as their vacation home. Sleeps 4-6 with a king bed in the master, twin bunks and a queen Aerobed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo is a one bath with granite countertops and also boasts an additional 1/4 bath sink area.

There are central laundry facilities. Ski lockers are also available for your convenience on the 1st floor landing. Parking is available on site for 2 vehicles (parking passes provided and are on shelf next to TV. Please return prior to checkout).

This condo has that cozy feeling from the moment you walk through the door (it is a 3 story walkup). Recently remodeled, and wonderfully equipped. One full bath, along with a quarter bath in the hallway.

High speed WIFI signal is available in the unit.

PAYMENT AT TIME OF BOOKING. Guests will be charged in full at the time of booking for the reservation amount. Please see individual property cancellation policies for cancellation terms and refunds. Some properties may offer Cancel for Any Reason upgraded cancellation policy. This policy is at a 7% cost of the reservation and allows for cancellations for any reason with graduated refunds based on the amount of time cancellation occurs prior to check-in date.

Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. All damages should be reported prior to check-out. Damages incurred will be charged to the credit card used for your reservation.

Condo is fully furnished with linens and supplies. In order to keep costs down, we do not offer daily cleaning services. Central laundry services are available on site. If additional cleaning services are desired, they can be arranged at additional cost.

Condo allows two vehicles to be parked on premise.

This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 60 days or more prior to check-in date will get back 85% of the amount they paid.

Travelers who cancel within 60 days of arrival will not get a refund.
