This beautifully appointed mountain retreat gives new meaning to the phrase "great location". It is true ski in and walk out on the Four O'Clock Run, as you literally ski right into the back door of the condo with easy lift access via a short walk across the street and up to Snowflake lift. With an only two block walk to Main Street's Blue River Plaza with its shopping, restaurants, art exhibits, and museums, you'll find yourself in the heart of both Breck's best mountain offerings and its bustling Victorian town. It is also on the main line for the Breck Connect free shuttle.

After parking your car in the included garage (a rarity in Breckenridge), you'll proceed across a picturesque bridge over a mountain creek to the unit's front door. Unit is at ground level with no stairs or hallways to trudge through in the unit, and makes you feel like you're walking up to your own mountain home. (Note that there are a few stairs as you come to building from the parking lot.)

Upon opening the door, you'll be greeted by the light steaming in from the wall of windows that are slopeside. You'll also immediately notice the bamboo floors done in a rich espresso finish and the lovely designer touches throughout. Welcome home!

The kitchen has floor to ceiling custom cabinetry, granite counters, full size stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), a stacked stone backsplash, a table with seating for six, and is fully appointed with every amenity you could need to cook or bake, including specialty items not always found in vacation rentals, such as a crockpot.

The living room is anchored by a stacked stone fireplace, upgraded to gas for ease, providing abundant warmth and ambiance to the unit. The over sized sliding glass doors open to a rare walk-out onto Four O'Clock Run in winter and a hiking/biking trail in summer - it's like having a huge backyard plus direct access to the run! The living room also includes a leather pull-out sleeper sofa, a mine cart coffee table, DVD player with included movies, a flatscreen TV, and cable/satellite service. There are also board games and puzzles waiting for you in the corner.

In the bedroom you'll find a queen bed with pillow-top, a large closet with a built-in dresser, a TV with cable service, an air mattress for an additional guest, extra linens and blankets for your comfort, two windows opening to the creek, and even a desk in case you need to get some work done. The bathroom is appointed with a tub, a rain shower head, and granite counter.

The whole unit has been decorated in a cohesive and relaxing mountain retreat motif and has high speed internet, cable TV, gas fireplace and baseboard heating. Thoughtful touches not already mentioned include a boot/glove warmer in winter, storage rack for ski equipment, a humidifier, and a high chair and pack and play for our youngest guests.

There is a laundry room onsite at Four O'Clock Lodge. The owners have also purchased membership at the offsite (short walk through neighboring complex or you can drive), Upper Village clubhouse which includes a heated pool and three hot tubs (one indoor and two outdoor), and this membership extends to guests using the keycard provided in the unit hall closet.

One time cleaning fee of $75 applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

This is a non-smoking unit. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged if smoke is found in the unit. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors.

Parking allowed for one vehicle with reservation. Our guest parking pass is in the binder you will find in the kitchen upon checking in. Please place on your windshield to avoid being towed.

Please NOTE: Ski-in conditions are a the mercy of Mother Nature and may not be available early or late in the season if the Breckenridge Ski Resort is not fully open. Please check the latest ski report. We are located directly on the Four O'Clock ski run off Peak 8 going into the town of Breckenridge.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 60 days or more prior to check-in date will get back 85% of the amount they paid.

Travelers who cancel within 60 days of arrival will not get a refund.

We found this condo to be absolutely charming. We enjoyed skiing for 5 days and relaxing by the fire at night. The pool was pleasant. The walk downtown was very convenient. We were very happy we brought our slippers for the hardwood floors. My son was excited when 2 foxes and a raccoon visited the slider door. Our overall stay was fabulous.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The hosts thought of everything, including a humidifier which turned out to be a game-changer for a good night's sleep. I loved all the special details of the condo, including the view from the patio which was so peaceful. The condo was a short walk from the town and convenient to everything. Great place, very cozy. Love the location - surrounded by greenery and there is a little stream right outside the front door, hiking trail access right at the back porch. It was a great short summer getaway. Would definetely consider returning here in winter.

This condo is just lovely! Truly a home away from home! Cozy, clean with everything you need and thoughtful details - a useful insider's guide to Breckenridge and grocery bags (to avoid bag tax) and a shopper's card - just to mention a couple. The location is amazing, walking distance (even for kids) to shopping, hiking, biking, the pool. Trails right out the back door. We fell asleep to the sound of the gurgling creek outside our window! You won't be disappointed!

The place was very well appointed. Binder on the table to explain everything about the place. Truly ski in up to the door almost! The ski lift is a short hike up the road in the morning and was also very convenient. Quick drive/walk into town. We loved the cozy feel of the place, cooked all but one of our meals there. Full grocery store is only 0.7 miles away. It was fun to be able to come home in the late afternoon and continue to watch people coming down the slopes. Had a great time staying in a very comfy place. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic place -- a true ski-in, ski-out experience that is lovely, well-situated, and with a kind, responsive host in Patti. This was my wife's and my first time skiing in Colorado, and we will certainly come back for a future visit. We could not have been more content with the quality of the apartment, location on Lower Four O'Clock run, well-stocked kitchen, proximity to great restaurants (less than .3 miles), and direct access to the Snowflake lift. A family of foxes would appear in the morning and night outside the patio, playing in the snow, and we loved being here. The apartment is perfect for two adults on a vacation, or (perhaps in the future) for us with two small kids. Thank you to Patti for being an incredible host!

This location was exactly as shown and described in the listing--nicely updated. Parking easily accessible, too. True Ski In/Ski Out and easy walk to the downtown restaurants and stores of Breckenridge. Recommendation--there are 3 ski rental locations within 3 mins walk--one at the Snowflake lift and two at the end of the street--rent from one of those to avoid having to drive to/from. Be aware--plenty of pillows and linens and towels, but no paper goods. Bring napkins and/or paper towels along with you. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing visit to Breckenridge staying in 4 o'clock lodge. The condo is just like the pictures and very clean. Our host was fabulous. We needed her assistance and she sent someone right over to help us out. It's a short walk to a chair lift that services a green hill...a nice place to get started. Getting to restaurants and shops is a quick, gorgeous walk yet you feel like you're nestled in natural beauty.

Great accommodations! Everything was exactly like description and pics. A short walk to snowflake lift, ski in from 4'oclock trail, and a short walk to town. The condo was great! Walking up to the place was a great experience; crossing a little bridge over a beautiful babbling brook set the stage for a wonderful mountain holiday. Check-in and check-out was frictionless, everything was easily explained and quick to execute. The condo gleamed from the recent renovation - everything was pristine. The location provides an easy and quick walk into town, giving easy access to all the restaurants and shops on and around main street. I cannot recommend this place enough, I hope that I will be able to stay again the next time I'm in Breckenridge.

We had a great summer stay in Breckenridge. This condo as others have said is very convenient to town. It's a 5 minute walk downhill to get to the Riverwalk center (we saw some concerts). It's a little more difficult on the walk back - but get's easier as you get acclimated. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. The sound and proximity of the creek was soothing and enjoyable. I can see how this unit would be even better during the ski season.

This condo is beautifully decorated,provides all of the amenities from home and is in a GREAT location. This is the first time my 7year old son has ever seen snow,so this was a great place for him soak it all in. There is a ski run right off the back patio that had a great hill for sledding. We saw red foxes crossing the run very night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the memories we made with our son.

I can't speak for every rental in Breckenridge, but this place has everything I could ask for in a ski condo. The front door is steps away from a ticket window and the Snowflake lift, as well as a few blocks from downtown, making everything walkable. The unit itself is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, soap, etc and is exactly as it looks in pictures. Breckenridge is a great place to be and this is a great place to rent!

We had an absolutely amazing time! The hosts thought of everything, including a humidifier which turned out to be a game-changer for a good night's sleep. I loved all the special details of the condo, including the view from the patio which was so peaceful. The condo was a short walk from the town and convenient to everything. Access to the hot tub was also a great bonus after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great place, very cozy. Love the location - surrounded by greenery and there is a little stream right outside the front door, hiking trail access right at the back porch. It was a great short summer getaway. Would definetely consider returning here in winter.

This condo is just lovely! Truly a home away from home! Cozy, clean with everything you need and thoughtful details - a useful insider's guide to Breckenridge and grocery bags (to avoid bag tax) and a shopper's card - just to mention a couple. The location is amazing, walking distance (even for kids) to shopping, hiking, biking, the pool. Trails right out the back door. We fell asleep to the sound of the gurgling creek outside our window! You won't be disappointed!

Really nice place! The kitchen is fully stocked with more cooking supplies than most rentals I've stayed in. Great location, walking distance from most everything in Breck. Skiing up to the back door is really nice too.

This condo was exactly as appears in the pictures. Cozy, clean, and stylish. The owners did a fantastic job with the renovation. I felt right at home. The fireplace was great! The location of the apt is also perfect. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I would come back without question.

The place was very well appointed. Binder on the table to explain everything about the place. Truly ski in up to the door almost! The ski lift is a short hike up the road in the morning and was also very convenient. Quick drive/walk into town. We loved the cozy feel of the place, cooked all but one of our meals there. Full grocery store is only 0.7 miles away. It was fun to be able to come home in the late afternoon and continue to watch people coming down the slopes. Had a great time staying in a very comfy place. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the second year that I have stayed at this condo with my daughter on our annual ski trip. We love this condo, it is so warm and cozy and right on the slopes! We ski down 4 O'clock Run to the condo, pop off our skis, and walk inside to a warm fireplace.

Absolutely fantastic place -- a true ski-in, ski-out experience that is lovely, well-situated, and with a kind, responsive host in Patti. This was my wife's and my first time skiing in Colorado, and we will certainly come back for a future visit. We could not have been more content with the quality of the apartment, location on Lower Four O'Clock run, well-stocked kitchen, proximity to great restaurants (less than .3 miles), and direct access to the Snowflake lift. A family of foxes would appear in the morning and night outside the patio, playing in the snow, and we loved being here. The apartment is perfect for two adults on a vacation, or (perhaps in the future) for us with two small kids. Thank you to Patti for being an incredible host!

This location was exactly as shown and described in the listing--nicely updated. Parking easily accessible, too. True Ski In/Ski Out and easy walk to the downtown restaurants and stores of Breckenridge. Recommendation--there are 3 ski rental locations within 3 mins walk--one at the Snowflake lift and two at the end of the street--rent from one of those to avoid having to drive to/from. Be aware--plenty of pillows and linens and towels, but no paper goods. Bring napkins and/or paper towels along with you. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing visit to Breckenridge staying in 4 o'clock lodge. The condo is just like the pictures and very clean. Our host was fabulous. We needed her assistance and she sent someone right over to help us out. It's a short walk to a chair lift that services a green hill...a nice place to get started. Getting to restaurants and shops is a quick, gorgeous walk yet you feel like you're nestled in natural beauty.

Great accommodations! Everything was exactly like description and pics. A short walk to snowflake lift, ski in from 4'oclock trail, and a short walk to town. It was fun sitting near the cozy living room fireplace after skiing and watching others ski down the trail. Condo was well stocked and organized.

The condo was great! Walking up to the place was a great experience; crossing a little bridge over a beautiful babbling brook set the stage for a wonderful mountain holiday. Check-in and check-out was frictionless, everything was easily explained and quick to execute. The condo gleamed from the recent renovation - everything was pristine. The location provides an easy and quick walk into town, giving easy access to all the restaurants and shops on and around main street. I cannot recommend this place enough, I hope that I will be able to stay again the next time I'm in Breckenridge.

We had a great summer stay in Breckenridge. This condo as others have said is very convenient to town. It's a 5 minute walk downhill to get to the Riverwalk center (we saw some concerts). It's a little more difficult on the walk back - but get's easier as you get acclimated. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. The sound and proximity of the creek was soothing and enjoyable. I can see how this unit would be even better during the ski season.

This condo is beautifully decorated,provides all of the amenities from home and is in a GREAT location. This is the first time my 7year old son has ever seen snow,so this was a great place for him soak it all in. There is a ski run right off the back patio that had a great hill for sledding. We saw red foxes crossing the run very night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the memories we made with our son.

I can't speak for every rental in Breckenridge, but this place has everything I could ask for in a ski condo. The front door is steps away from a ticket window and the Snowflake lift, as well as a few blocks from downtown, making everything walkable. The unit itself is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, soap, etc and is exactly as it looks in pictures. Breckenridge is a great place to be and this is a great place to rent!
