TOWNHOUSE DESCRIPTION: Welcome to your home away from home ski townhouse! Located just two blocks from the Snowflake Chairlift and 2 blocks to downtown, our spacious Winterpoint townhome is in one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Our home feature 2 bedrooms and two and a half baths. Townhouse has been remodeled, beautiful granite in the kitchen, roomy and decorated in ski-area motif. The home is a split level with lots of room to hang out, enjoy the fireplace or just relax after a big day on the Mountain! What we like best about this unit is the combination of space, upgrades and over-all location. It really is the perfect place to enjoy your ski holiday (or hike vacation or biking adventure)!
You'll feel like you're in a home rather than a condo. There are different levels to create separation as the living room is one level and the kitchen/dining area is another level and the bedrooms are yet a different level. Our living room features spacious interior and a gas fireplace. This is the perfect room for everyone to enjoy, high ceilings give it lots of space and light and we have a large flat screen TV - just sit back, relax and enjoy. We also have free internet in the home and just outside the front door, you have access to a small deck. This opens up to the pathway, follow this down to the clubhouse swimming pool and hot tubs. (please note clubhouse restrictions are in place due to the COVID pandemic. See note below).
Above the living area is the combination kitchen and dining. We have a huge kitchen and it has been fully remodeled, to include new stainless appliances, granite countertops, etc. Off the kitchen is a pantry / laundry room. Dining area will easily sit 6 and there is additional bar seating as well, so everyone can eat together! (kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, blender, etc.)
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bath with remodeled shower. Master bedroom has access to large deck looking east towards downtown and Baldy Mountain.
The 2nd bedroom is also very large and has been set up as the bunk room. Your kids will LOVE this room. We have one queen size bed and one double bunk, with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. Total of 3 beds in the room. This room also has an in-suite bath with combination tub/shower. It has a 40 inch smart TV with access to >100 TV channels, on-demand via our XFINITY account and enables you to log onto your favorite streaming services (NETFLICKs, HULU, Apple plus, Amazon prime, etc.).
Our home has a full size washer and dryer and also a one car attached garage. Our Winterpoint Townhome is ideally located just a short walk to the Four OClock ski run, the Snowflake ski lift and downtown Breckenridge. Closest lift is the Snowflake lift, approximately 2 blocks away. This lift services the Peak 8 ski area and is perfect for beginner (green level) skiing. Best way to return home is to take the Four OClock Ski Run (also green trail), which comes out just across the street from the Winterpoint townhomes. So, we are very close. If you are taking lessons or want to get started at a different location, there is a shuttle stop right in front of the complex. The Riverwalk Center and central downtown Breckenridge is a very easy walk away. You are approximately 2 blocks to the center of town, where most of the local events occur including FREE concerts, lighting of the Christmas Tree, Snow Sculptures, Parades and almost all of the events in Breckenridge. Plus, you will have access to over 200 shops and restaurants to enjoy.
Our guests also have access to the Upper Village Clubhouse. The state-of-the art Upper Village Pool complex has an indoor hot tub and locker rooms, a heated salt-water pool, and two outdoor hot tubs, and is just down the path from our townhome. It is open year-round. (*Pool restrictions due to COVID pandemic -- Please note the facility is only open 4 days a week and there are limited reservation periods. Under these conditions, reservations fill up quickly so they may be difficult to obtain).

This policy is at a 7% cost of the reservation and allows for cancellations for any reason with graduated refunds based on the amount of time cancellation occurs prior to check-in date.

Cancellations not accepted within 60 days of scheduled arrival. Any cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
Cleaning and linen services are not available during a stay unless requested. Renters will be charged an additional fee for this service if requested.A cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation.
Parking is available for two cars only. One car can park in the attached garage. A second can park in front of the garage or in a visitor parking space.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Travelers who cancel 30 days or more prior to check-in date will get back 85% of the amount they paid.
Travelers who cancel within 30 days of arrival will not get a refund.
