This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

PLEASE NO SHOES INSIDE THE UNIT. We kindly ask that enter through the garage and remove your ski boots and shoes while inside our home. Absolutely no SKI BOOTS allowed inside the home. HUGE THANK YOU for helping us to keep our home nice for you and all of our guests.

MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 27 years old. Guests less than 27 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.

CLEANING SERVICES. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. Home does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to eight (8) persons, with maximum six (6) adults.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

LIABILITY RELEASE: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.

OCCASSIONAL OWNER PETS ON PREMISES: Owners have two dogs which do occasionally come up to the property with the owners. Those with pet allergies should be aware that pets have been on the property.

PETS ALLOWED WITH REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF PET FEE. We do allow pets and require pets to be registered as guests. Pet fee applies on per night and per pet basis and will be charged to the credit card used on the reservation. For direct bookings, payment is applied at the time of the reservation. For bookings made with a partner channel, guest must contact us to add their pets to the reservation. Guests are not allowed on the property if they are not registered as guests, as per our terms and rental agreements.

Denver International Airport is about two hours away.

We stayed here for a long weekend recently and it was just amazing. You can tell the whole home was very recently extensively updated and it looks incredible. Everything is so new. The home is fully stocked with everything you may need. There is lots of room, and the location is perfect. The large bedrooms with three different beds in each room with space to spare was great for our family. Everyone having their own bed was such a huge bonus you just don't see in many rentals. You could literally walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants, bars, and stores are. It's a quick drive to either Keystone or Breckenridge and Copper mountain is just up the highway. Although not open this time of year, we noticed the marina entrance to Dillon Reservoir was just up the road too. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

This place is a really great find and a fantastic value. It's convenient to just about any part of Summit County, has plenty of space for both people and equipment, is in virtually perfect condition (I think it was just remodeled), and is very well-appointed. A lot of little things were done right in this house, like the ski-equipment cubbies and boot-driers / boot-warmers in the garage. It's really hard to set up a place to be luxurious while still maintaining that "homey" feel; this owner NAILED it! Highly recommended for virtually any type of use at any time of year.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything in it was top of the line. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. The kitchen was fantastic and included every possible amenity you could think of. We had beautiful dishes, cookware and appliances. The beds were so comfortable. The sheets were really high quality and the mattresses were so comfortable. They also had top of the line televisions in every room. I can't think of any features lacking in this house. The location is excellent. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Frisco, Colorado: Lovers of the Colorado lifestyle are right at home in our little town. Mountains, rivers and lakes, trails will also get you outside for invigorating activities. Frisco features a walkable historic downtown with shops and restaurants. The endearing town also offers education, community events, and other rich services. Homes in Frisco lie off Interstate 70 at Lake Dillon and close to several Summit County ski resorts. The free shuttle makes it easy to visit nearby resorts and communities in Summit County. Denver International Airport is about two hours away.

Our Home: Our beautiful mountain home is only 2 short blocks from the heart of Main Street, and the best free bus stop in town to access all surrounding communities and ski resorts! Easy walking access to Frisco shops, cafes, restaurants and night life, right out the front door of our charming River Home. and you don't have to worry, bike/walking path is maintained taking you across the river and guiding you to Main Street in just a few steps. Drop one block south on Main and pick up the shuttle bus to both Copper Mountain or the main Frisco Transit Center, with access to other Summit County ski areas and locations. We are also around the corner from the Walter Byron Park in Frisco and just a block to the bike path headed over to Lake Dillon, Frisco Marina. We love the easy access in both winter and summer!

We stayed here for a long weekend recently and it was just amazing. You can tell the whole home was very recently extensively updated and it looks incredible. Everything is so new. The home is fully stocked with everything you may need. There is lots of room, and the location is perfect. The large bedrooms with three different beds in each room with space to spare was great for our family. Everyone having their own bed was such a huge bonus you just don't see in many rentals. You could literally walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants, bars, and stores are. It's a quick drive to either Keystone or Breckenridge and Copper mountain is just up the highway. Although not open this time of year, we noticed the marina entrance to Dillon Reservoir was just up the road too. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

This place is a really great find and a fantastic value. It's convenient to just about any part of Summit County, has plenty of space for both people and equipment, is in virtually perfect condition (I think it was just remodeled), and is very well-appointed. A lot of little things were done right in this house, like the ski-equipment cubbies and boot-driers / boot-warmers in the garage. It's really hard to set up a place to be luxurious while still maintaining that "homey" feel; this owner NAILED it! Highly recommended for virtually any type of use at any time of year.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything in it was top of the line. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. The kitchen was fantastic and included every possible amenity you could think of. We had beautiful dishes, cookware and appliances. The beds were so comfortable. The sheets were really high quality and the mattresses were so comfortable. They also had top of the line televisions in every room. I can't think of any features lacking in this house. The location is excellent. We are looking forward to returning next year.
