Welcome to Breckenridge and our Der Steiermark Condo! Recently remodeled and super cozy,our condo boasts a fantastic central location in Breck. Smack downtown and right across the street from the Village at Breckenridge and Quicksilver ski access.

The condo itself is warm and inviting. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a comfortable queen size pull out couch in the living room completing the unit’s capacity to accommodate 4 people. The complex offers in unit wi-fi, heated underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, on site ski rental shop, and Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant.Der Steiermark has everything that you are looking for in a Breckenridge vacation and more.

Great Location: Located a half block off Historic Main Street at Peak 9 base area, you can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast or coffee shops are within a block. Then, just walk across the street to the Quicksilver high speed lift to start your ski day. Or, schedule your ski lessons at Brecks world class ski school – just a block away. You can make a quick stop into the condo for lunch, or enjoy one of the on-mountain dinning locations. At the end of the ski day, Peak 9 base has a number of Après ski bars. Or grab a margarita just downstairs from this condo. For dinner, it is a short walk to the many wonderful Breck restaurants. And, for nightlife, there are numerous bars and nightclubs within a couple blocks.

Building Amenities: Inside the building you have two ski shops, hot tubs, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. The elevator will take you up to the second floor unit or down to the heated garage where you will have free parking for one car. The Mexican restaurant (Mi Casa) has a large deck beside the Blue River.

Note from the owners, Kevin & Veronica: We fell in love with Breckenridge after our first visit. The quaint little town has so much to offer including amazing slopes, rich foodie culture, and perfect calmness to get away from our busy lifestyles. Our condo is truly a perfect balance of everything one could want to do while on a serene, mountain vacation. One of the things we love most about our condo is the quick access to everything at your fingertips. Seriously – please take advantage of this! We hope that our guests reap the benefits of how close we are to the slopes, and get there before everyone else. We also love how guests can drop their equipment, and walk downstairs after the lifts closes to beat everyone to a delicious après ski meal (and margaritas). We hope that our guests feel our condo is a cozy home away from home, a place where they make great memories with their loved ones that they will cherish. The mountains and nature that Colorado has to offer are amazing.

Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Condo allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors.

Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

This was an awesome condo. Amazing location! We walked to the chair lift and downtown. Very comfy bed and cozy living room with wood burning fireplace. Perfect for a ski trip!

This was a great location and made walking around Breckenridge easy. Patty was flexible with our check-in time and was sure to check in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We even experienced a snow day and didn’t have to leave our building as there was a great Mexican restaurant downstairs and plenty of fire wood available in the garage. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone with 2-3 people who plan to walk around exploring this cute little town.

Location was great - just steps to Peak 9 and Main Street restaurants and shops; just a few blocks to the gondola lifts to Peaks 7 and 8. We parked and never used the car again for the entire stay. The unit is comfortably furnished and everything was fresh and clean throughout.

This location was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The location is perfect and right on main street. You are able to walk everywhere. My boyfriend and I stayed here for the Spartan Race. Our friends had stayed at The Beaver Run Resort and Double Tree hotel. The hotels were booked by the time we tried reserving a room. However, we are so so so glad we stayed here because our friends ended up having to walk to us every time since everything is within walking distance to us. This is a very very cozy and clean property. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The bedding and comforters were so comfy. We were worried about the noise since it is right off of main street above a really nice restaurant called "Mi Casa." But we had absolutely no issues in that area. Noise was never a problem. We are so glad we stayed here and we will definately be staying here again!
