This charming fully renovated studio condo is steps away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge and steps away from ski-in access on the other side with beautiful views of the slopes. You are virtually on the Blue River bike path that stretches around the county. You cant get any more convenient than this property. Park for free, and everything is within walking distance. Sleeps 4, cable TV and Wi-Fi included.
Your 490 square foot studio condo comes with new furniture- queen bed, 2 leather chairs, 2 deluxe fold out beds, Cable and internet, 40-inch flat screen TV, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen utensils and coffee bar and ample storage for skis and luggage. Ideal for a 2 adults, but has capacity for 4 (which becomes cozier!)
Youll love all that Breck has to offer: walk outside to hear free concerts in the Riverwalk Center, peruse the village festivals and enjoy the citys dining and night life. You may even want to join the morning yoga classes on the lawn outside. Once done city-side, you can walk across the river and escape to this cozy studio for some relaxation and solitude.
The window faces west to the ski area and sunset. You can ski right down the 4 oclock run and you will be across the street from your condo. Parking is included. You will find you are within walking distance of everything. Keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
Other amenities are a welcome basket with a variety of teas and coffees, lots of flannel blankets, luxury linens and sheets, bathroom toiletries, a few board games and laundry access if needed. On the ground floor of Blazing Saddles, for easy convenience, is Lone Star Sports (20% discounts on ski rental for BS renters) along with a liquor store and sushi restaurant. Enjoy!

This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.
