OUR SAWMILL CREEK CONDO:
Our recently renovated, two bedroom condo is located within one block of historic Main Street Breckenridge and has ski-in access at the end of 4 O'clock ski run. Free shuttles stop at the entry to our complex, which provides easy access to the Snowflake Lift, Peak 9, or the Gondola (Peak 8) without having to drive. We think it is the best location in town!
Our recently remodeled two bedroom Sawmill Creek condo has a great layout where you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your time in Breckenridge. In the living area, there is a large flat screen TV, DVD player as well as a gas fireplace. Through the windows you will see great views of town and the mountains and our deck actually looks out over the 4 o'clock ski run, giving us a nice view and a great place for morning coffee or evening apre ski beverage.
We love our third floor location as it feels large and spacious. Our condo has great views of town, the Riverwalk, and Mount Baldy from the private balcony. Other amenities include elevator, free WiFi, locked ski storage, washer and dryer in the unit, a common area of indoor hot tubs, covered parking, and shared grills. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with the queen sleeper sofa bed.
Our unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has two Queen beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a full attached bath with shower and separate sink for ease in getting ready in the mornings. The 2nd bedroom features a King size bed and has access to a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door. For additional sleeping, there is also a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.
The Sawmill Creek complex located right on the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block over from into historic Main Street. You can walk everywhere you need to go or just catch the shuttle right in front of the complex.

GETTING AROUND TOWN: Sawmill Creek offers convenient "ski-in" access directly off the 4 O'clock Run! Guests may get to the slopes via a free shuttle which conveniently stops at the entrance of the complex; or walk (approximate 5 minutes) to the Peak 8 Gondola on Park Avenue. Historic Main Street Breckenridge is located 1 block east of Park Avenue from the complex.
STARTER PAPER SUPPLIES AND AMENITIES: Our condo comes stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent, which are designed to last guest 1-2 days upon arrival. Guests may purchase additional products locally or bring for extended stays. Our condo has high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
ROADS and ACCESS: Please note Colorado Traction Law, starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent. We also have shuttle services if you prefer not to drive. With our location, a car while in town is not necessary.
DOWNTOWN LOCATION: Our location is awesome. Just please be aware that we are located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Ave - but its only 1 block from Main Street! If you have your windows open, you may hear some foot traffic noise as people travel to and from Main Street. The town of Breckenridge also has a noise ordinance and we ask that all guests please be mindful and respectful of the full time residents that live in the complex, keeping to the posted quiet hours, throwing trash in approved receptacles only and parking only in designated parking areas.

PROPERTY DAMAGES. An inspection will be conducted after each stay. Any damages incurred during the stay or excessive cleaning charges incurred following the stay are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation or taken out of the security deposit.
CLEANING. A one time cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in parking lot or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke, vaping, and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $350 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. GUEST PARKING. Parking is available for one car only. Renters must have a parking permit hang tag, visible in their vehicle to avoid towing.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to eight (8) persons.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
HOT TUBS: Guests have access to a shared hot tubs via Sawmill Creek. Some restriction may occur on availability for cleaning and maintenance.

This recently renovated, two bedroom condo is located within one block of historic Main Street Breckenridge and has ski-in access at the end of 4 O'Clock ski run. Free shuttle stop right in front of the building provides easy access to the Snowflake Lift, Peak 9, or the Gondola (Peak 8) without having to drive. Many guests also prefer to just walk down to the Gondola, an approximate 5 minute walk.
