Your next vacation could include sitting in your living room listening to the stream, watching the skiers ski by, enjoying ski in access right to the back door of the building and knowing that you do not have to knock the snow off your car. Located in the coveted Four O'Clock run ski area of Breckenridge, our ski-in, walk-out condo is located right on the ski run and accommodates up to 9.

Our awesome location allows you to ski in right to our beautifully remodeled condo in the winter or listen to the sounds of the Sawmill Creek that runs along the building in the summer. Our home has been beautifully furnished and decorated with modern mountain furnishings and featuring an open floor plan that flows from the living area to the dining area and kitchen making it the ideal space to gather as a group. Our multi-level home allows separation of space very well, with two bedrooms on the lower level, main level eating and entertainment area in the great room and upper level loft bedroom and kids play fort.

Our home has three bedrooms. Two of bedrooms are located on the lower level. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace and overlooks the ski-run. The 2nd bedroom downstairs also has two twin beds and also looks out over the ski run. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with double sinks. The upstairs loft features an additional queen bed as well as access to a convertible chair twin sleeper. There is a full bathroom on the loft level. Our living room area couch also serves as a twin sleep area as it is bench style sofa seat. Guests here will access the full bath on the main level.

We love the layout. It is spacious and comfortable, allowing guests to relax together on the main level for fun, dining and entertainment after a fun filled day on the mountain. Our kitchen has been newly remodeled and is fully equipped for your stay, with granite tile countertops and all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils to prepare meals in.

HEATED GARAGE: Your stay also includes access to our one car heated garage. And, we have a 2nd reserved parking space in front of the garage door, so you have a total of 2 guaranteed parking spots during your stay. Our garage is heated and easily accessed with key code pad. We ask all our guests to leave their boots and skis in the garage, with easy access to grab and go the next morning on your way to the Snowflake lift!

Condo allows two vehicle to be parked on premise. One vehicle may be parked in garage, one vehicle immediately in front of the garage are the designated parking spots for this unit. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror if you park in front of the garage. Parking pass is available in the unit.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

This is a non-smoking unit. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged if smoke is found in the unit. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors.
