We welcome you to our condo to enjoy your stay and the beautiful town of Breckenridge!

We have actively implemented rigorous CLEANING standards in compliance with CDC standards to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. We are restricting early check-ins and late check-outs so that our housekeepers have more time to clean and disinfect. We also provide REMOTE, KEYLESS CHECK-IN, allowing our guests to go directly to the condo to check-in. Private entrance and key-code for entry. Remote check-in via phone or text with host.

OUR HOME:

We welcome you to our light, spacious 1300 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo equipped with everything you will need to make your mountain experience the trip of a lifetime!

Due to its corner location with large picture windows, our Tannenbaum II condo provides a most serene view of spectacular pine trees accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Blue River. You'll enter into the great room of the condo with combination living, dining and kitchen. This space is large and very easy to hang out! The living area has two full size leather sofa's and features a gas fireplace. Dining room can accommodate up to 8 and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for an evening in! We are located only a short, 4-6 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school as well as Breckenridge.

MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 27 years old. Guests less than 27 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.

PROPERTY DAMAGES. An inspection will be conducted after each stay. Any damages incurred during the stay or excessive cleaning charges incurred following the stay are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation or taken out of the security deposit.

CLEANING. A one time cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in parking lot or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $350 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. Appreciate your understanding.

GUEST PARKING. Parking is available for two cars only. Renters must have a parking permit hang tag, picked up with the keys, visible in their vehicle to avoid towing.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to ten (10) persons.

MAXIMUM ADULTS. The maximum number of adults permitted is limited to eight (8) persons.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival, unless Cancel For Any Reason insurance was purchased. In that case, refunds are made in accordance with CFAR terms.

POOL & CLUBHOUSE: Guests have access to a shared pool and hot tubs via Columbine Pool. There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Winter hours during ski season run from Mid November to mid April. Pools are closed during both spring shoulder (ski area close to Memorial Day) and fall shoulder (Labor Day to ski opening) seasons.

Please note that the local governments and HOA restrictions of pool use may occur, due to COVID or other issues. Restrictions may require the use of an online reservation system to utilize the pool and clubhouse, reduced hours, reduced capacity or other restrictions.

Better than the pictures... plenty of room and beds for our 7 person family. We loved the trail and River access that was just behind the unit. This is such a cozy and great place to stay.
